Mr. Cantor is the Founder of 120Compressions.  He is an active Paramedic, and instructor and has been working in the field for more than a decade.  He holds his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Master's Degree in Emergency Services Management.  He is a proud member of the NAEMT, and is recognized by two national honor societies for academia and career performance.  He is an expert in prehospital medicine, has experience in disaster medicine, and has a passion to teach and share his knowledge and experiences.  He is also a Divemaster, and soon Master Diver/Dive Instructor.  His goal is to build a worldwide network of healthcare educators to make learning easier, more efficient, and accessible for learners.  He is eager to help you, and would enjoy helping anyone looking for extra help or AHA and ARC certifications.

Dr. Sush Prusty is the director of EMS at a Boston Hospital and assistant professor of emergency medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA.  He also serves as the medical director for Boston College EMS.  Dr. Prusty has contributed significantly to the pre-hospital management of patients through various EMS directorships, involvement in regional EMS committees, and extensive teaching of paramedics and EMTs.  For the past decade, Dr. Prusty has focused his efforts on 12-lead ECG interpretation, specifically pre-hospital recognition and management of ST elevation myocardial infarction.  He earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Boston Medical Center.  Dr. Prusty is ready for you to pick his brain, and help you through studies related to his expertise.

Ms. Nichols is a Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner currently working in Intensive Care.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and in Criminal Justice as well as a Master of Science in Nursing. Her previous experience includes working as a RN in Trauma, both ER and ICU.  Prior to becoming an NP, she worked as a traveling RN for over 5 years which provided her the opportunity to work in a multitude of locations and hospital settings from large teaching hospitals to small critical access facilities.  She has a passion for teaching and has been a preceptor throughout the years for nurses, EMTs, and paramedic students.

Dr. Aquilino, graduated in General Medicine by the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy Gr. T. Popa, Iasi, in 2017, and is enrolled in the Portuguese Doctors Order, South Regional Section.  Dr. Aquilino currently works as a general practitioner in the Center of Vaccination against COVID-19, in the emergency unit, under ARS Algarve, with a previous experience in general medicine consultations in several healthcare centers and emergency departments.  She has a passion for disaster medicine.  She is the Founder/CEO of the Curso Intensivo de Actuação em Emergência e Catástrofe (CIAEC) or Emergency and Disaster Intensive Course in Portugal, a project comprising several topics in trauma techniques and disaster medicine.  Dr. Aquilino created disaster medicine workshops at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Gr. T. Popa, Iasi, and is an affiliated member of the European Council of Disaster Medicine, Brussels.  She is an advocate in humanitarian aid, global health, and is associated with CRIMEDIM - University of Piemonte Orientale, Italy and IFMSA - International federation of medical students, through the Training Disaster Medicine Trainers Course (TdmT Course).  She has been a speaker at various First Aid/disaster conferences, and has organized various disaster medicine workshops.  Dr. Aquilino has a passion for education and is thrilled to have an opportunity to share her knowledge and expertise with you.

Mr. Trouve is a Physician Assistant currently working in Trauma/Acute Care.  He also has 6 years experience working as a PA in orthopedic surgery.  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in biology from Stonehill College and obtained his Master's Degree in Health Science from Quinnipiac University in 2015.  In addition to his experience as a PA, he previously worked as a nuclear medicine technologist and CT technologist.  Mr. Trouve has a passion for healthcare and healthcare education.

Sherief Yehia, MD
Hyperbaric Medicine

Dr. Yehia has been working as a physician for 16 years, specializing in dive medicine.  He earned his degree in medicine from the Naval and Hyperbaric Medical Institute in Egypt.  He currently works at the Jeddah Academy for Maritime and Security Sciences as a Diving Medicine Specialist.   He has managed many diving accidents with DCS by treating them in a decompression chamber.  Dr. Yehia has even managed cases that are selected for the application of HBOT.

He is an aver diver and physician who knows the importance of first aid, and therefore teaches divers about emergency response; to have the best outcomes and to avoid complications.  Dr. Yehia is a level 1 DMAC medical examiner for divers.  He believes that diver safety and hyperbaric oxygen benefits go hand in hand.  He is experienced with HAUX and Sechrist hyperbaric chambers and is ready to teach his experience and expertise to you.


Dr. Joey Kaston is a veterinarian currently working in small animal general practice. She has been working with animals for decades. She has a Bachelor’s in Science from Northeastern University and a doctorate in veterinary medicine from Tufts University. Dr. Joey Kaston also completed a small animal rotating internship, during which she expanded on her first aid skills.

Dr. Samir Mustafa graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from Aleppo University in Syria.  Currently, Dr. Samir Mustafa works as Medical Director and ED Physician at the General Directorate of Academic Affairs and Training Department, Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA), Head Quarter Riyadh.  He has been an international speaker at various critical care conferences in India, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and now virtually.  Dr. Samir Mustafa teaches all AHA and NAEMT courses, has taught flight and critical care paramedic classes in the states, and has a focused expertise on disaster and crisis management.  Dr. Samir Mustafa is extremely knowledgeable on a variety of subjects, and is ready to help you.

Mr. Caruso started his medical career as a Paramedic/Firefighter.  He currently teaches both EMT and Paramedic programs, AHA courses and ITLS.  He has developed Emergency Response Plans for fortune 500 companies in NYC.  He participated in the development of the Stop The Bleed Program, and was invited to the White House to help develop the National Healthcare Disaster Certification Exam.  He is a Deputy Commander on the DMAT team, SWAT medic, and currently works as a PA in the department of Orthopedic Surgery.  He has a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and his Doctorate in Medical Science.  Mr. Caruso is eager to tutor you in the areas of his expertise.

Ms. Martinez is a Certified Respiratory Therapist, RCP and has been working in the field for over 20 years. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Care and Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology with a Specialized Concentration in Professional Clinical Counseling. She is a proud member of NBRC, a member of Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society, CAMFT, and published in JEMS on PubMed. She has a passion to empower others in sharing her knowledge with learners through teaching. Her goal is to encourage and empower her students in an accessible, online stress-free environment. She is excited to help you reach your goals of becoming AHA CPR, First Aid Certified as well as providing mentoring/tutoring in Stress Reduction Techniques, Psychology, and various other subjects.

Dheeraj Khatore, BSN

Mr. Khatore graduated with his BSN, and completed graduate school in Emergency Care from Stanford School of Medicine. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) and is currently pursuing his MS in Healthcare Management from Swiss Business School. Mr. Khatore works as Health Quality Auditor with the Department of Health, Abudhabi, UAE. He is a visiting instructor with Khawarizmi International college, UAE teaching Bachelor program in Paramedicine. Mr. Khatore has provided EMS education in the USA, India and the UK.  He was faculty for UCLA Middle-East EMT program, developing quality standards and technology-based innovation in EMS services.  He is a long standing AHA instructor and faculty serving 10 years in the Middle-East and an NAEMT instructor. He has been awarded "Exceptional Talent Award " by Society of Ambulance Paramedics - India for year 2020.  His vision is to empower the youth of developing countries to join hands on saving lives through EMS Education. 


Ms. Enyinnaya graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from Kwara State University.  She is a Paramedic and EMS Instructor with a passion for education.  She currently teaches the paramedic program at Orgun State College of Health, and is also an American Heart Association Instructor.  Ms. Enyinnaya is a public health advocate, and has been at the forefront for creating awareness on EMS and pre-hospital recognition in West Africa, Nigeria.  She is ready to help tutor and mentor you utilizing her knowledge and expertise.

Mr. Mtetwa is an operational paramedic and has worked internationally, including in South Africa, the United Arabic Emirates, and Australia. Currently, he works for the South Australian Ambulance Service (SAAS) and is registered to practice as a paramedic both with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Additionally, he is a member of the Australasian College of Paramedicine. He studied at the Durban University of Technology, completing a Bachelor of Technology in Emergency Medical Care.  
Over the years, he has developed an interest in Mental health. He is part of the voluntary section of SAAS’ Employee Wellness Program as a Peer Support Officer (PSO). PSOs are part of a first-line strategy that assists paramedics with work-related issues, personal issues, potential traumatic events, group crisis strategies, etc. He has identified a need to learn more about aspects of workplace welfare in South African Emergency Medical Systems. He is currently completing a Master's Degree focusing in research, investigating work-related stress for paramedics in South Africa, he is registered at Durban University of Technology. 


Ms. Hucks has her degree in Businesses Administration from the University of Cincinatti.  She is a Paramedic and advocate for education, including holistic medicine education. Ms. Hucks is a lead trainer providing CPR and rescue training for various individuals, corporations, and healthcare industries throughout the U.S. including national clients such as OnStar, Walgreens, CVS. She provides training to healthcare professionals in the hospital setting as well as the fire/rescue setting by facilitating smooth communication and achieving advanced skill demonstration.  She has developed lesson plans, instructional materials and written practice tests for customized safety training courses and has educated nursing students on successful methods for performing IO/IV techniques, all the while maintaining excellent feedback from clients.  Whether you need CPR/first aid/safety certifications or health and wellness coaching, she can help!

Mr. Preston is a qualified Emergency Care Practitioner from Nelson Mandela University. As an operational paramedic in Nelson Mandela Bay Eastern Cape South Africa, he has experience with a variety of patients, excelling his patient care knowledge. He has a deep passion for NICU and PICU transfers, as children deserve the best medical care available. He also has experience in rotor-wing transfers and maritime emergency rescues. Furthermore, Mr. Preston formed part of the frontline team managing and transporting COVID-19 patients requiring invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation and ICU care. He has been involved in the academic field as a lecturing assistant, first aid instructor, rescue instructor and second year coordinator at Nelson Mandela University. He has a passion for education and sharing his knowledge and expertise with anyone willing to listen. He plans to obtain his PhD in EMS.


Scott Spangler

Mr. Spangler has 18 years of EMS in a variety of environments including 911 and critical care ground and air ambulance services.  He has held a variety of leadership and educational roles throughout his career.  He assisted in the creation and execution of several HCID exercises, working with partners from the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), the Department of State, and Health and Human Services (HHS) designed to integrate a variety of healthcare agencies with the goal of safely transferring Ebola patients to various hospitals throughout the United States.  Scott was also the lead instructor and mentor for the Hopkins Emergency Response Organization, a student-led EMS organization at Johns Hopkins University responsible for EMS response across the JHU campus.  Additionally, Mr. Spangler has experience delivering clinically focused education to United States Air Force personnel in topics including tactical combat casualty care, disaster management, and other concepts relevant to the clinical management of patients during a home-station disaster.  He has been instructing AHA programs for over 15 years and is also an instructor for the American Red Cross, Health & Safety Institute, and is a certified EMS instructor in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Reuben Farnsworth, BS

Mr. Farnsworth started his career in EMS as an EMT-B on a rural volunteer service.  He has spent the last 20 years in the field of EMS holding numerous positions along the way, and still works the truck monthly and is now most focused on developing the next generation of EMS leaders. Mr. Farnsworth has held positions as a Captain, Education Coordinator, Critical Care and Community Paramedic with Delta County Ambulance District, and Executive Project Manager with an international expeditionary medical company, the Lead Instructor for the Paramedic program at Colorado Mesa University and the EMS Program Director at Technical College of the Rockies. He is currently the Clinical/Operational Coordinator for Delta County Ambulance District and does consulting which keeps him busy in his spare time, teaching all over the country on topics from CPR to Critical Care Refresher, and everything in between.
