Description
Objectives: Review the updated recommended indications for fetal echocardiography and components of high quality fetal cardiac evaluation. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of fetal echocardiography in the diagnosis and pre- and post-natal management of structural, functional and electrophysiological fetal heart disease. Discuss the utility of neonatal pulse ox screening as a tool for the identification of CCHD and other conditions producing cyanosis in the newborn.
