Refund and Verification Policy

Partial refunds may be considered if you contact us within 48 hours of placing or receiving your order. You may also request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for inventory fulfillment or shipped.

Please note that no partial or full refunds will be issued if the product is damaged or the package has been opened.

Due to an increase in online fraud, including scams, credit card misuse, and chargebacks, we may request additional verification information prior to shipping. This is particularly required for large purchases, which are subject to further review.
