Service Description

Course Objectives: After completion of this course, students will have a greater understanding on the importance of safe vehicle operations. Students will be able to determine factors that affect driving habits both with and without the use of emergency warning devices. Students will know the importance of providers wearing appropriate restraints in the front and patient compartment of the ambulance. Students will know the appropriate restraint devices for pediatric patients in various situations. Students will know the appropriate restraint devices for the adult patient.
